Reserved Parking

We have one reserved parking spot in front of the house. The reserved spot is "No. 9".

Visitor Parking

Then there's visitor parking, which can be anywhere on the property.

Don't Get Towed

You need a permit to park within the community. Otherwise your vehicle will get towed.

We have only one parking permit which is for the reserved spot in front of the property.

I Need a Permit

If you booked the basement apartment, master bedroom, 3-bedroom apartment or the whole townhouse, you can reserve the parking permit. If you booked the standard or standard-plus room, please consider "other parking options" on this page

Other Parking Options

There's also ton of street parking on Old Columbia Pike. Then further down the road, there's street parking on Stewart Lane. Then again there's parking at White Oak Shopping Center. These might be great options if you booked the standard or standard-plus room, or if you have extra cars.

Finally, please always look out for signs for where to or where not to park so that you don't get your vehicle towed.
